AI Time Audit

See what one manual process may be costing your team.

Using information from the people who know the work, we estimate where the time is going, what the process is likely costing and what makes sense to do next.

One process • Four-part report • Delivered within 48 hours of your completed intake

A good place to start

When a small task has become a persistent drain.

The process may not look serious on its own. It might be a weekly report, an approval passed between several people or information copied from one system into another. Repeated often enough, small inefficiencies become expensive.

The audit works best when:

  • the process happens regularly;
  • it has a recognisable beginning and end;
  • someone close to the work can estimate its volume and effort;
  • manual handling, delays, errors or rework are involved;
  • you need a clearer case before deciding what to change.

The audit looks at one process, not your whole organisation. If the work is highly variable, heavily regulated or difficult to define, we may recommend a conversation before you purchase.

What you receive

A concise report that shows whether the process is worth fixing.

Using the information you provide, we set out how the process works today, estimate the time and labour involved, identify where automation may help and recommend a practical next step. The assumptions behind the estimates are included so you can review them.

Process snapshot

A clear summary of the process, including how often it happens, who is involved and where time, delays or rework occur.

Estimated impact

An annualised estimate of the time and labour involved, based on the figures supplied in your intake.

Automation potential

The parts of the process that may suit automation, what should remain human and the indicative time or cost that could be returned.

Recommended next step

A practical direction for improving the process, including the questions or assumptions that should be validated before anything is designed or built.

FAQ

Questions before you commit

One well-defined process gives us enough detail to produce a useful estimate. Looking broadly across several processes would require a larger discovery engagement.

Regular tasks with manual handling, repeated handoffs or rework are usually suitable. Examples include invoice processing, recurring reports, onboarding steps, approvals and information copied between systems.

If the intake shows that the process needs deeper investigation, we’ll explain why and recommend a more suitable next step.

No. The questions are about the work itself: who does it, how often it happens, how long it takes and where the difficulty sits.

The estimate depends on the information you provide. We show the assumptions in the report so you can check them. It is intended to support a decision, not replace financial, technical or legal due diligence.

The intake is a short Typeform covering ten questions about the process: how often it happens, who is involved, how long each instance takes, where delays or errors occur and a rough sense of volume. You won’t need to upload documents or provide access to any of your systems.

Your intake responses are stored in our systems and used to prepare, review and administer your Audit. We share them only with service providers needed to deliver the service, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

You can use the report internally, act on it yourself or ask Atomi to help with an Automation Blueprint. There is no requirement to purchase another service.
