AI Time Audit Service Terms

The terms that apply when you purchase the AI Time Audit

Organisation Atomi Agency (ABN 28 128 587 332)
Effective date 28 July 2026
Jurisdiction Victoria, Australia

These terms apply to the AI Time Audit supplied under the registered business name Atomi Agency (the Audit). In these terms, "Atomi Agency", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the supplier of the service. By completing payment, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Audit includes

The Audit is a fixed-scope review of one recurring manual business process nominated by you.

Using the information supplied through your completed intake, we prepare a four-part written report containing:

  • a snapshot of how the process currently works;
  • an annualised estimate of the time and labour involved;
  • an assessment of where automation may help and what should remain human; and
  • a recommended next step, including assumptions or questions that should be validated before anything is designed or built.

The assumptions used in our estimates are included in the report so you can review them.

2. What the Audit does not include

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the Audit does not include:

  • access to or independent observation of your systems or workplace;
  • verification of the information supplied in your intake;
  • detailed solution architecture, technical design or implementation planning;
  • building, configuring or deploying an automation;
  • security, privacy, regulatory or legal assessment;
  • financial, accounting, tax or legal advice; or
  • any guarantee that automation is technically feasible or will produce a particular saving or outcome.

Any further work is optional and requires a separate agreement. You may act on the report yourself or engage another provider.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • nominate one process with a reasonably clear beginning and end;
  • provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge;
  • have authority to provide that information to us; and
  • review the assumptions and estimates before relying on the report.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, system credentials, patient information, health records, or unnecessary personal or restricted information. If sensitive information is genuinely required, contact us before submitting it.

We may ask reasonable follow-up questions if your intake is incomplete or unclear. The delivery period does not begin until we have a completed intake containing enough information to perform the Audit.

4. Payment and delivery

The Audit costs AUD $299, payable securely through Stripe at the time of purchase.

After payment is confirmed, we send the intake form to the email address supplied during checkout. We deliver the completed report electronically within 48 hours after receiving a complete and usable intake.

If we need clarification, the delivery period pauses until you provide the requested information. If an unexpected issue is likely to delay delivery, we will contact you promptly and provide a revised delivery time.

5. Estimates and decisions

The Audit is an informed estimate based on information you supply. It is not an audit in the accounting or assurance sense, an independent measurement of work, or a guarantee of savings.

Actual time, cost, feasibility and results may differ because of incomplete information, process variation, implementation choices, user adoption, technology constraints and other factors outside the scope of the Audit.

You remain responsible for deciding whether to act on the report and for validating its assumptions before committing money, changing a process or implementing technology.

6. AI-assisted analysis and human review

We may use software and AI-assisted tools to help structure and analyse the information supplied in your intake. These tools support our work; they do not make the final recommendation independently.

Jeremy reviews every report before delivery. Our handling of personal information and use of service providers are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Suitability, cancellations and refunds

You may cancel the Audit for a full refund before submitting your completed intake.

Once we receive your completed intake and begin preparing the report, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable.

If we determine that the nominated process is unsuitable for the fixed-scope Audit and do not provide a report, we will explain why and refund the amount paid. We may also suggest a more suitable next step, but you are not required to purchase another service.

Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Ownership and permitted use

You retain ownership of the information you supply.

We retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, methodology, calculations, report structure, templates and know-how. Once payment has been made, we grant you a non-exclusive, ongoing licence to use, copy and share your completed report for your internal business purposes.

You may act on the findings yourself and share the report within your organisation or with professional advisers and implementation providers. You must not resell, publish or commercially reproduce our methodology or report template without written permission.

9. Confidentiality and privacy

We treat the contents of your intake and report as confidential. We use that information to provide and administer the Audit and do not disclose it except:

  • to service providers reasonably required to process payment, collect the intake, analyse the information, communicate with you or deliver the report;
  • to our professional advisers where necessary; or
  • where disclosure is required by law.

Our collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where that law applies. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or loss resulting from a decision made without independently validating the report's assumptions.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, our total aggregate liability arising from the Audit is limited to the amount paid for the Audit. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the version published at atomiagency.com/terms when you complete payment.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of Victoria and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
